Linky jsem poskytoval pro osobní využití. Nechtěl jsem aby se šířily zde na fóru, nebo mimo něj. Moje chyba že jsem na to neupozornil, ale tak nějak sem si myslel, že to s nastávající situací ostatní pochopí. Linky jsou teda smazaný (:

Jo a kdyby něco, u mě se žádný solidární večírky nedělají. =D Sony, jakožto výrobce, naprosto obdivuju a respektuji - pořád jsem unešenej nad možnostma PS3. (A to i přesto, že si plánuju pořídit PSJB.) Ale prostě odsaď pocaď, tak proto nechci veřejné šíření... -a taky hlavně proto, že to je můj up, na mém účtu - ta malá drobnost (:

This may be bad news for some but according to PSX-Scene, it seems that due to shortage, and high demand the shipping for PSjb has been delayed.

To quote:

A shortage of components has forced the delay of the product’s launch. There is no longer an official date for shipping to begin but the delay is expected to be anywhere from 3 days to as long as a week.

Retailers will not be receiving their shipment of PS Jailbreak dongles on Friday as scheduled. Anyone telling you otherwise is either misinformed or disingenuous.

PSjailbreak Reverse-Engineering konečně - vypsano a potvrzeno !

Na internet se konečně dostal podrobný popis PSjailbreaku. Je založen na mikrochipu

PIC18F444 ATMega s USB softwarem.Tento mikrochip je přímo kompatibilní s USB.

Jak tedy PSjailbreak funguje:

PIC18F444 je nastaven tak aby najednou připojil do PS3 6 USB zařízení. Každý z 6 připojených "zařízení" obsahuje rozdílné data. Začneme tedy prvním dikem který obsahuje JIG Data od SONY (Pouze základ a upravené data) Jeden z těchto připojených "zařízení" ma stejné ID naemulované diky chipu jako Sony JIG nástroj. (To tedy znamená že PSjailbreak není pouhý okopírovaný prodkut, pouze obsahuje JIG ID k bootování, ostatní software je práce pouze od PSjailbreak teamu).

Při bootování Playstation "namountuje" všechny "zařízení" najednou. Rozpozná připojený JIG modul (Podle ID jednoho z emulovaných zařízení) ostatní zařízení abych to zjednodušil obsahují rozdílně naformátované oddily s daty tak (Zde už jde o práci teamu PSjailbreak) aby se dali použit k tomu aby se Firmware v konzoli přizpůsobil k tomu co potřebuje emulované servisní zařízení. Poté dostane příkaz k tomu aby se konzole softwarově restartovala, tak aby se spoštěla už s nahranými daty v RAM paměti, dojde k odpojení emulovaných zařízení a konzole je připravena k veselému spouštění nepodepsaného kodu.

jednoduché a zde je příklad toho že se neprolomitelná architektůra, který je po bezpečnostní stránce naprosto geniálně navrhnuta a za kterou SONY musela vysolit pořadný balík stala prolomitelnou jen kvuli toho že SONY nedokáže pořádně utajit své servisní nástroje, poté stačí navrhnout hack podle Idetifikačního Čísla servisního nástroje a celé zabezpečení se sesype jako domeček z karet.

(Teoreticky Cell CPU nebyl hacknut, architektura je stale neprolomena avšak zde jde pouze o chybu firmwaru bych řekl :))

Nahoře jsem přiložil datastream z USB z originálního Psjailbreaku =) Pokud se někdo doma snaží udělat vlastní klon bude mu k užitku jak nakonfigurovat mikročip.

btw.: gamefrax už ma dump celéh softwaru z PSjailbreak , brzy bude pravdepodobne zverejnen.

4. ORDERS that the First to Fourth Respondents and each of them deliver up to the solicitors for the Applicants, to be held up to and including 31 August 2010, any and all PSJailbreak Devices in those Respondents’ possession custody or control.

5. ORDERS that, up to and including 31 August 2010, the First to Fourth Respondents and each of them continue to deliver up to the solicitors for the Applicants, to be held up to and including 31 August 2010, any and all PSJailbreak Devices that come into those Respondents’ possession custody or control, forthwith upon them doing so.

Osobně to Sony přeju, ale nemá šanci vyhrát. Pokud by žalovala hned při uvedení videií, zarazila by to snad i včas, ale teď už je venku několik kopií, myšleno dalších USB zařízení, takže nemají šanci.

Jinak je jasné, že cílem Sony je, mj. i zastrašit.

Podle mě to není špatný tah, rozhodně šance na úspěch tu je, protože si to spousta distributorů rozmyslí "legálně" to nabízet, protože z toho koukají velijý peněžní sankce ... ale myslím, že s právními opatřeními bude mít smůlu zřejmě v Číně ... tam se to prostě nedá :-)

Mno tak ta zaloba se tyka vsech prodejcu co to prodavaji v Australii , zatim jsou prodeje pozastaveny predbezne do 31.8 . Sony ma cas do 31.8 neco dalsiho vymyslet a podle vsech info jsou predobednavky zruseny a vraceny penize :(

No nevím, upřimě jsi myslím že SONY..a vite proč...protože to smrdí pěnězma :)

Kdyby SONY zde nebyla ve výhodě , neměla by co použít...PSjailbreak nijak nezneužíva software psaný přimo od SONY, pouze ID JIG Sticu.

UPDATE:

Mod chips are actually legal in Australia, on something of a technicality: by the time a mod chip allows a pirated game to be played, the copyright violation has already occurred. It’s the act of distributing or copying games that courts are worried about; without the content, the chips themselves are useless. In the US and much of Europe, the act of circumventing protection measures is itself illegal, making it easier to keep circumvention technology away from the public.

This is a temporary injunction, but since this device allows the games themselves to be copied—much like mod chips from the Xbox-era— judges may not be so forgiving. The USB sticks don’t just allow pirated games to be played, they give you the ability to copy the games yourself.

Sony has until August 31 to make its case for the continued ban against the sale of the devices. If they’re not able to make a compelling legal argument, the PS Jailbreak should be offered for sale yet again… although one could forgive Sony for dragging its feet in releasing the inventory.

Takže v Australii je Modchip legální, s tím SONY nic neudělá..Pokud ho někdo bude distribuovat v Evropě, tak mu SONY pěkně zatopí =)

pokud SONY do 31 nepřijde s padným argumentem na žalobu bude PSjailbreak opět uplně volně k mání a SONY s tim už nebude nic moct udělat po právní stránce :)

PS.: Možna budu mít Sample od PS Stingeru přimo od vývojaře na test a propagaci (Ne však k prodeji) :) Vice na Nil3e.net
